Write a proposal, lesson plan, or add to a syllabus embedded numeracy where mathematics and numeracy strategies are incorporated into CTE assignments and all aspects of learning in the CTE classroom, with frequent assignments that require students to apply mathematics skills to authentic problems found in the CTE field of study
offer professional development in person or virtually on the following topics but we can do one on most any topic or topics: Classroom management, Pedagogy/Andragogy, Classroom assessment, Project‐based learning, CTE integration with core classes, Problem‐based learning, Soft Skills, preparing students for certifications, Conflict Resolution, etc.
suggest and enroll teachers in proper Professional Organizations making yearly recommendations for teacher and guidance PD
write yearly guidance programs providing all students with opportunities to explore career and educational options, including preparing a plan of study such as the Next Step Plan, advisement, IGP planning, etc
write a parent involvement plan with CTE classes
design dual enrollment opportunities with colleges for CTE credit along with writing the application due in January for each program or class along with innovative applications for classes that are catered to your students like drone classes, etc
Marketing, Public Relations, and Community Outreach‐ School/institution and CTE leaders market the program to students and community stakeholders to ensure everyone involved is familiar with the program & its curriculum and understands how it links to further study and workforce needs by hosting an open house, designing marketing strategies, offering marketing strategies in social media, etc
write a Retention and Completion report showing retention measures the staying power of a program in attracting and keeping students. Completion indicates the percentage of students successfully completing all requirements prescribed for the program
order and/or implementing Industry Credentialing and Technical Assessments – The CTE programs lead to industry certification that has value in the workplace. A certification exam can serve as an end‐of‐program and /or end‐of‐course exam and provides students the opportunity to earn an industry credential
suggest and/or order, sticker, inventory, organize, and deliver equipment and supplies (Depends on mileage) – Equipment and supplies support the instructional plan at a level to assure quality education. Equipment is representative of the grade and type used by businesses and industries to meet or exceed all appropriate safety standards. Equipment is inventoried and records are updated regularly. Procedures are established for the replacement and/or repair of malfunctioning equipment and tools. (This can also include grant writing for equipment.)
train teachers in diversity, equity, and inclusion along with writing a plan for special populations including individuals with disabilities, economically disadvantaged individuals including foster children, individuals preparing for nontraditional training and employment, single parents including pregnant women, displaced homemakers, and individuals with limited English proficiency

Assist students & parents to align the benefits of credentialing, soft skills, and course sequencing to the students’ individual graduation plans.
